One of the principles of our justice system is that the burden of proof is on the person accusing you of committing a crime.
But that's simply not good enough in a multiculti utopia. They want to make it so if someone calls you racist, a judge will just be expected to take their word for it, no proof required.
This is exactly what Dr Ebun Joseph had been calling for.
