A BUSINESSMAN has been accused of "deliberately targeting" two escorts in a violent attack in an apartment where one of the women was rolled up in a rug that was left covered in blood.
Odd way of phrasing it, like the city has mind of its own and is actively attempting to make itself less English.

It's funny — nowhere in the report does it mention the racial break-down of the fraudsters. Couldn't that be the reason they're targeting black youth? The scam artists share a racial bond with them. Plenty of poor students out there of all races not wiring the profits of scams through their bank accounts.
