To date, two partners have expressed their interest of joining force with us. Due to our Non-Disclosure Agreement, we cannot reveal their name before they make official announcements. Nonetheless, we can share certain information about these partners.

🔑The first partner centers its business around Tourism and Booking, as well as Electronic Commerce. Their platform seeks to enables seamless and convenient travel booking through the use of blockchain and tokenization. Their vision is to embrace decentralised technology in order to make traveling accessible to as many as possible. They are in their final preparation and market timing steps, with plan to launch their product when the market condition is favourable. Their products will accept OVF as means of payment (subject to term and conditions to be specified by their management team).

🔑The second partner is an Entrepreneur First graduate whose business model adopts edge computing philosophy. They aim at a sharing economy of special hardware and its special usage, in particular GPU and the training of AI models. More specifically, they bring GPU owners and AI developers and designers together. The former can share their commodity GPU with the latter whose are in need of GPU usage but do not have one at hand, and earn profit for their sharing (similar to how airbnb host earn profit by sharing their flat). On the other hand, AI developers can have access to affordable customizable GPU computing power without the need of once-off investment. By leveraging virtualisation,
the platform provide AI developers with an abstraction of a single, big, virtual GPU having large number of cores and memory, abstract away the underlying composition of the many commodity hardware contributed by the GPU owners. We are striking an agreement with them such that OVF is one means of payment in their platform.

The stock market is suffering its worst weeks since the 2008 financial crisis, with Dow logging biggest point-drop in history and approximately 9 trillions dollar wiped out from the market in the last nine days. This has led a number of firms to reconsider and rebalance their capital flow and distribution, rendering our commerce activities suffered.
