However, needless to say, the negotiation will terminate immediately if DPRK or its related organization is found to be responsible for the exploit.

The Orbit Chain Team will use every available resource to track the attackers until the end and will continue our efforts to prevent any attempt to withdraw stolen assets.

Currently, the Orbit Chain team is examining various options to restore the ecosystem and normalize Orbit Bridge. We are also conducting bridge security checks to ensure that service can be resumed in an orderly and stable manner when it is possible.

Upon further review, it was discovered that the exploit was not related to the theft of validator keys. It should be noted, however, that we are taking all steps possible in order to allay any concerns, including working to replace the validator keys through the Orbit Bridge governance process.

Also, we are accelerating our discussion so we can reveal concrete steps toward restoring the Orbit ecosystem by the end of February at the latest.
