[ORC 리저브 수량 보관 지갑 분리 계획 안내]

안녕하세요 오르빗 체인 커뮤니티 여러분,

오르빗 체인의 거버넌스 토큰인 ORC 의 미유통 수량(리저브)을 보관하고 있는 지갑의 분리 계획을 안내드립니다.

기존 리저브 수량 보관 목적의 지갑 [송신지갑(미유통 토큰 지갑)]에는 유통 목적이 서로 다른 ORC 토큰 수량이 함께 보관되어 있었습니다.

1) 현재 유통 목적이 없는 ORC 토큰 수량 (추후 거버넌스에 의해 결정 가능)
2) 오르빗 체인의 거버넌스 토큰인 ORC의 인플레이션 목적 수량

토큰의 유통 목적에 따라 지갑을 분리하기 위해 신규 지갑을 생성하고 오르빗 체인 네트워크 내에서 ORC 인플레이션 목적으로 사용될 토큰 수량을 신규 지갑으로 전송할 예정입니다.
신규 지갑 주소 : 0xB9F3a654C6c6c3E94683F469725545948eE2d268

추가로, 오르빗 체인 네트워크 내에서 인플레이션을 진행하기 위해서는 인플레이션으로 사용될 수량이 주기적으로 오르빗 체인 네트워크로 이동돼야 합니다.

현재 2021년 오르빗 체인 거버넌스 도입 이전 할당된 인플레이션 목적의 물량이 모두 소진됨에 따라, 신규 생성한 지갑으로부터 2021년 12월 남은 기간동안의 인플레이션 수량 및 2022년 1분기 동안의 인플레이션 수량을 오르빗 체인 볼트로 이동시킬 예정입니다.

2022년 1분기 필요 인플레이션 수량 : 11826000 ORC

2022년 인플레이션 수량 이동은 분기 단위로 발생하는 정확한 인플레이션 수량을 파악하고 분기가 시작되기 전 오르빗 체인 볼트 주소로 이동시킬 예정입니다.

We would like to inform you of the separation of the wallet which stores an undistributed reserve of ORC (the governance token of Orbit Chain).

As you are aware, ORC tokens with different purposes have been stored in a single reserve wallet. Classification by purpose is as follows.

1) Amount of ORC token currently without intent to distribute (A specific purpose of the token will be determined by Orbit Chain governance)
2) Amount of ORC token reserved for the ORC inflation purpose

A new wallet has been issued in order to separate the single reserve according to their respective purposes, and the corresponding amount of token subject to ORC inflation will be sent to the newly issued wallet.

In addition to that, the corresponding quantity subject to the ORC inflation must be sent to the Orbit Chain network on a regular basis in order to generate inflation within the Orbit Chain network.

The reserved fund subject to inflation, allocated prior to the introduction of Orbit Chain governance, has been depleted in 2021. As a result, the amount required for the ORC inflation before the start of the new year, and the amount required for inflation for the first quarter of 2022 will be sent from the newly issued wallet to the Orbit Chain Vault.

The transfer of the ORC token subject for 2022’s inflation schedule will be sent to the Orbit Chain Vault before the start of the new quarter, after carefully checking out the exact amount of inflation occurring on a quarterly basis.

- 리플 체인의 안정성이 확인되면, 브릿지 서비스를 재개합니다.

[Temporary suspension of Orbit Bridge service(partial) regarding XRP]
Bridging service will undergo a momentary maintenance procedure for RIPPLE layer 2 expansion and unprocessed XRP mis-input situation.
Please go over the following for details.

1. Maintenance schedule: 12/24/2021 2 PM UTC+9 to completion
2. All bridging services of XRP will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance
3. Bridging services among all other chains except for XRP is functional even during the maintenance
- Estimated time for the maintenance would depend on the situation, and it may takes longer than expected.
- After RIPPLE network is confirmed to be stable, the bridge service will resume and restore its function.

[Notice] The 4th distribution of ORC token allocated to the development team
In July 2020, Orbit Chain’s governance decided the token allocation of the development team for the purpose of establishing a sustainable development environment.

As previously announced to the community, all distributions will be finalized by proceeding with the 4th distribution in December.

The token allocation for the team was decided transparently through the governance of Orbit Chain in July 2020, and the distribution will finally end in December 2021.
