⚡️🇧🇬 Bloomberg: Bulgaria will hold a snap parliamentary election after successive failed attempts to form a government, marking the country’s eighth poll in five years amid deep political instability.
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev confirmed that no party could secure a majority, triggering the early vote.
The crisis followed the resignation of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov’s coalition amid mass protests over corruption and an unpopular budget, and the reformist PP-DB also refused a mandate to form government, leaving a caretaker cabinet and elections as the only options.

During remarks at the UN, Mali’s junta leader and interim prime minister, Abdoulaye Maïga, publicly accused Ukraine of involvement in Mali’s internal security situation.
According to Maïga’s statement:
• Ukraine is allegedly supplying combat drones to Tuareg armed groups operating in northern Mali
• Ukrainian actors are accused of providing technical and operational assistance related to UAV use
• The drones are claimed to have been used in attacks against Malian government forces

Besides deploying Wagner. Russia had intensified its information campaigns in Africa by launching Russian language initiatives that function as propaganda tools.
