I was researching about this IRBM, and I decided to look and the launch site, Kapustin Yar. This is how the settlement from which these 30-50 million dollar nuclear-capable missiles are launched. Cost of one missile launched could fix up all that infrastructure, build schools, kindergardens- give a decent life it's citizens. Nahhhh.
