What kind of an offence she committed that she deserves to be shot like that?

This was clearly not a life threatening situation for the ICE agent. Her intent was obviously to get away, not to run him over. You can even see the wheels turned to the right, as she tried to make the run. If she wanted to hit him, she would have just accelerated straight forward.

Yes, she was wrong to flee. That’s misconduct, but it should be handled legally?

Why not back off, identify the vehicle, and arrest her? How difficult is that? She was a young woman. She wasn’t armed. Not some-kind of a terrorist.

The intrusions, detected in December, targeted some of Congress’s most sensitive national security and foreign policy operations, though it remains unclear if lawmakers’ personal emails were accessed.
