The weather is clearing and we're seeing some of the special forces support aircraft departing bases and heading northwards, so the op to seize BELLA 1 /MARINERA could be happening today.
Realistically the Russian submarine may already be with the tanker, but special forces arriving by air aren't likely to have much of a problem with a submarine - would the submarine attack the USCG cutter in response over a tanker? No.

The MARINERA is now within Iceland’s exclusive economic zone, per satellite AIS data, which updated few hours ago.
It's unclear where the Russian Navy will meet and escort the empty oil tanker. I suspect they won't do anything in fear of complicating relations with Donnie.
