Khomeini himself issued religious rulings saying the use of chemical weaponry is un-islamic and spoke out against it over and over again.
While Khamenei as far as I know hasn't specifically talked about chemical weaponry his opposition to nuclear ones makes it very likely it also carries over to other WMD's
Meaning that as long as we don't have evidence on the contrary it's more likely than not the Iranian opposition abroad is just lying again to finally get their regime change
