Ukraine was launching an average of 1,500 long-range drone attacks per month in early 2025, since May its 3,700.
He says Russia will:
- field more Pantsir and other short/medium-range AD systems & radars;
- finish forming & equipping interceptor drone crews in H1 2026
- continue creating mobile fire teams with Verba MANPADS and EW systems
- equip attack helicopters with new weapons against UAVs

Specifics are unknown but the company presented similar concept in 2013.

Russian governments in Hungary, Slovakia and now (thx old and stupid) Czechia said they will not be financially bound by this loan.
