“No alcohol. No sex workers.” — leaked rules for Russian Shahed tech tests abroad
Leaked documents from Alabuga, Russia’s Shahed drone producer, reveal how Russian operatives secretly travel abroad to test SIM cards, modems and tracking systems that imitate Shahed drone operation.
The goal of these tests is to check how foreign mobile networks behave: data transmission, GPS tracking, resistance to electronic warfare and telemetry.
The results are later used inside real Shahed drones during attacks.
