Royal Thai Military situation assessment on Cambodian movement and provocative shelling last night;

- At 22:00 hours Cambodian army T-55 tanks opened fire on Thai border positions in the Chong Khana, and Chong Rayi areas and additional T-55 tanks were detected entering Krung Samrong area in Oddar Meanchey province. Cambodian civilians were also observed evacuating from the border zone.

- At 23.00 hours, Cambodian troops were placed on maximum combat readiness following the clashes at Phlan Hin Paet Kon. Their forces also heightened readiness along the entire border, constructing additional defensive positions, reinforcing strongholds, searching for explosive devices within their responsibility area, moving stored mines into covered positions, turn off mobile phones, and preparing to receive senior commanders who would oversee combat operations. They continued close surveillance of Thai activities, particularly the use of tanks, combat drones, and road construction near the frontline.

- At 00.00 hours, in the Chong Bok and Chong An Ma areas,
movement of Cambodian RM-70 "Vampir" MLRS was entering Chom Kasan District in Preah Vihear Province. Cambodian civilians were also seen evacuating from the border areas.

- At 03.25 hours, Cambodian forces were detected issuing orders to designate fire-support weapon targets aimed at:

• Ban Kachai Noi, Prasat Subdistrict, Ban Dan District, and Buriram Airport, approximately 87 km from the border;
• Ban Chruk Khwae, Khok Yang Subdistrict, Prasat District, Surin Province, approximately 31 km from the border.
