✍️The Doghmush clan is well know to be loosely affiliated with both Al Qaeda and Islamic State (specifically Sinai Province) and has been a smaller rival to Hamas since the late 2000s.

✍️Many members of the Doghmush clan were killed by the IDF during their advance.

✍️ After the defection of CAPSAT a few units of gendarmerie in the capital have also seemingly shifted their support to the protestors and refused orders to shoot on them, while the police released a more neutral statement
