The bill would extend Ukraine Defense Lend-Lease through 2028, authorize up to $8 billion in military-financing loans, and provide $300 million annually in 2026 and 2027 for military assistance.
It would also support Ukraine’s reconstruction and impose sweeping new sanctions and trade restrictions on Russia, including a proposed 500% tariff on Russian imports.

Israeli Aircraft Industries (IAI) unveiled "Ellyon", a highly advanced special mission aircraft that provides Electronic Attack, ISTAR, and intelligence gathering capabilities in one platform, it is likely developed from lessons learned with fighting Iran, in which Israel exploited various SEAD/DEAD methods.
The airplane can be classified as a Growler on steroids as it is a Stand-Off Jammer (SOJ) that jams enemy air defence systems from great distances, and staying out of harms way.
It should be similar to the EA-37 "Compass Call" aircraft, which has the same mission profile.

Kazakhstan is halting oil exports through Russia’s Black Sea terminal.
Astana stopped sending crude via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium route to Novorossiysk after Ukrainian attacks on tankers loading there.
The CPC route normally carries around 80% of Kazakhstan’s oil exports — over 1 million barrels per day.
Kazakhstan condemned the attacks, saying they threaten maritime safety and energy trade.
