The hulls of Leopard 2A8 combat tanks are being manufactured at the Metlen Group's factory in Volos, Greece.

In 2025, METLEN signed a contract with KNDS Deutschland for the supply of 200 assembly kits for LEOPARD 2A8 tanks. Under the terms of the agreement, M Technologies will carry out production at the METLEN Defense Hub in Volos until 2031.
