🇺🇦🛵Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) destroyed two Tor-M2 air defense systems.

One was struck by SOF drones while being transported on the M-14 highway near occupied Berdianske on the night of May 29. The enemy uses this route as a land corridor from Russia to Crimea.

The second Tor-M2 was hit earlier near occupied Melitopol.

These short-range systems protect Russian units and can down aircraft, helicopters, drones, and cruise missiles.

🇺🇸— Donald Trump pardoned Nikola founder Trevor Milton who was convicted in October 2022 of crimes related to defrauding investors with misrepresentations about the success of the electric- and hydrogen-powered truck maker.

The former CEO was sentenced to four years in prison, but has been free pending appeal of his conviction in New York federal court pertaining with securities and wire fraud charges in U.S. District Court Manhattan.

The pardon came two weeks after federal prosecutors urged District Court Judge Edgardo Ramos to order Milton to pay restitution of $680 million to Nikola shareholders, and another $15.2 million to Peter Hicks, a victim of his wire fraud. Because of the pardon, Ramos now cannot order restitution of any kind.
