Vincent Battiloro of Garwood, New Jersey, drove his car at 70mph into 17 year old Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas while they were on E bikes.

Statement from the victims family as well as the prosecutor, allege that Battiloro would sit outside of Maria’s house in his car, as well as stalking her on social media.
