In a propaganda video posted by Russian state media TASS, Russian forces shelled a house containing civilians in Stepanivka (Kostyantynivka direction) with artillery, before drone-dropping a flag with instructions to hold up signs to frame the Ukrainians for shelling them. This is evident by the direction the shell came from.

The result is 118 markersโthese include both long-established positions and new air defense systems that have been actively redeployed over the past few weeks.
According to OSINT data, approximately 280 air defense systems have been deployed to Moscow. This is not merely a redeployment within Moscow, but a large-scale mobilization from remote regions of the Russian Federation.

๐ดGrozny (Chechnya) โ several anti-aircraft systems of an unknown type.
๐ดSamara (Samara Oblast) โ several Pantsir-S1 systems (photos of equipment being transported out of the region have been widely shared on Twitter in recent weeks).

From 2028 Slovakia also plans to send 2 out of 6 Barak MX anti-air batteries to the Baltics
