Analysis of the Attack on the “Sheshkharis” Oil Terminal, Novorossiysk, April 6, 2026
Based on available media reports, strikes were recorded at three locations:
1) Berth No. 1, where the most extensive fire caused by an oil spill was recorded - 44.7034804,37.8358733
2) Berth No. 2 - 44.7061296,37.8395406
3) The SIKN nodes and pipeline system valves that control the operation of the oil loading berths—the infrastructure that ensures commercial metering and the distribution of oil flows between the berths—44.7079664,37.8457369
Damage to two main terminals and CPCS nodes simultaneously would effectively halt shipments.
The economic impact of an attack would be a direct reduction in foreign exchange earnings from oil exports, which is one of the main sources of funding for the Russian war machine. Every day the terminal is idle represents millions of dollars in lost revenue from oil sales.

🇨🇳 So I saw this today and I asked my contact in the party and he said “I have no idea.”
But I think, esp the zones are located in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea (AOR is the Northern TC and Eastern TC), it’s some sort of massive naval and or air exercise and the Chinese don’t want anyone watching. Esp after the military purges, maybe the PLA are testing new commanders and new tactics?

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡️- BREAKING: The Israeli Defence Force has announced strikes targeting the largest petrochemical facility in Asaluyeh, southern Iran, which is connected to the South Pars gas field.
These strikes are in addition to the previous strikes in Asaluyeh, southern Iran targetting a different facility.
Israeli Defence Mnister Israel Katz says these two faculties "which together are responsible for about 85% of Iran’s petrochemical exports, have been taken out of use and are not functioning".
Israeli Katz also stated the IDF has been instructed to "continue striking with full force the national infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime".
It is estimated that 80% of Iran's electrical grid is powered by natural gas.
These strikes are in addition to the previous strikes in Asaluyeh, southern Iran targetting a different facility.

The group had claimed responsibility for cyberattacks and intimidation campaigns, including threats and data leaks, allegedly in support of Hezbollah. Authorities continue efforts to close remaining affiliated channels.
