Damage to two main terminals and CPCS nodes simultaneously would effectively halt shipments.

The economic impact of an attack would be a direct reduction in foreign exchange earnings from oil exports, which is one of the main sources of funding for the Russian war machine. Every day the terminal is idle represents millions of dollars in lost revenue from oil sales.
