Many claims that it was a .358 loitering air-defense missile, however, I don't believe that's the case here, it's a slow missile that can be very easily outrun/outmaneuvered, it's primarily for anti-drone use.
Also, the size of the missile compared to the F-35 is large, i'd rather guess that it was a Sayyad-2 (SM-1 copy) or similar type of AD used. The IRGC claims "a new type of Iranian air defense" was used.

Whatever it was, it looks like the AD missile was proximity-fuse and caused shrapnel-damage mostly, the shrapnel took out the F-35s fuel line (evident from the fuel burning and leaking).
That's why it was able to land, it's still unlikely that it'll be flown again though.
