The MNDAA has assumed complete control over the town of Kutkai from the TNLA

TNLA forces did not resist and either surrendered or retreated when possible

This was an order from higher TNLA leadership who seemingly didn't see a point in resisting

The occupation of Kutkai was split between the MNDAA and TNLA after they had conquered it from the Junta.

This was due to the fact Kutkai brings in tax revenue, is a local logistical hub and has valuable resource mines nearby. So both organizations wanted it.

It remains to be seen if the MNDAA will further continue offensive operations or if they're okay with just Kutkai

🇮🇱🇺🇸Israel has informed the White House that its stockpile of interceptor missiles is running low, according to the U.S. outlet SEMAFOR
Israel had reportedly entered the current war already low on interceptors that were fired during last summer’s conflict with Iran.

The US has been aware of Israel’s low capacity for months, one US official said: “It’s something we expected and anticipated.”

This official emphasized to Semafor that the US is not running similarly low on interceptors of its own.

That comment comes amid
Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar Sunday denied that the country is running low on interceptors.

🇩🇪🇮🇷🇺🇸German FM does not see a role for NATO in securing the Strait of Hormuz

Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul says Germany does not see a role for the NATO defence alliance in addressing the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran.

“I don’t see that NATO has made ‌any decision in this direction or could assume responsibility for the Strait of Hormuz. If that were the case, then the NATO bodies would address it accordingly,” Wadephul said before a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels.

US President Donald Trump has ratcheted up pressure on European allies to help protect the strait, warning that NATO faces a “very bad” future if its members fail to come to Washington’s aid.

🇷🇺Russians need to completely shut down the internet in the spring so that people can live a truly human life, said the philosopher Dugin.

In his view, the internet in Russia should align with the seasonal cycles of bears and butterflies: there should be no internet in the summer because that is when life happens, but in the winter, in the den, people can return to the online world.

🇷🇺Russia Shuts Off Internet in Moscow as It Tests Nationwide Censorship System

People in Moscow, a city of 13 million, have found themselves unable to pay online bills or message co-workers in recent days. Commuters stepping out of the city’s subway stations can’t order a cab to the office. Unable to access online maps, many are asking strangers for directions for the first time in years. Those who normally work from home are filling cafes as they seek a stable Wi-Fi connection.

In some regions, pharmacies have had to close as their medicine tracking system went offline. Shutdowns have caused problems for diabetic children whose sensors can’t transmit glucose levels to parents and warn them in case of emergencies. People are unable to book doctor’s appointments, order medication or use online banking to send money to elderly or disabled relatives.

Shops accept only cash because their payment terminals are down. Some people are buying paper maps. Sales of walkie-talkies from Russia’s main online retailer have risen 73% in the past month.

🇷🇺The blocking of Telegram in Russia has already begun, according to experts interviewed by Kommersant-FM.

The messaging app has practically stopped working for users with Russian IP addresses who are not using a VPN.

Media and even text messages take longer than usual to load for users.

Over the past 24 hours, Telegram has effectively stopped working through domestic internet providers when connecting from Russian IP addresses.

Messages aren’t being sent, and the ‘updating’ status may switch to ‘connecting.’ Typically, it takes several minutes for everything to load.

You can forget about using Telegram over mobile data. If only whitelisted sites are active in a given city, most VPN services won’t help you access Telegram.
