🇲🇦 Did you guys know that Moroccan King Hassan the second was a rat?

🇸🇦 In 1965 the Arab League summit was held in Casablanca in Morocco. Alongside the summit a secretive meeting of Arab leaders and their military and intelligence leaders took place.

👀 To ensure secrecy the meeting took place in a luxurious hotel away from any praying eyes. The military and intelligence leaders of the Arab states thinking themselves safe began discussing military strategy.

💬 They discussed details on the state of their militaries and how they would handle Israel in any upcoming war. Due to the fact they thought themselves safe they talked freely and revealed many pieces of Intel which they would never otherwise talk about so openly.

⁉️ What no one besides the Moroccan delegation knew? They were being secretly recorded.

🇮🇱 Prior to the event Hassan had prepared extensively and cordoned off an entire floor bordering on the meeting room for one purpose. Mossad and Shin Bet.

🕵‍♂️ Hassan had invited them to spy on the meeting however got cold feet that the Israeli operatives might be discovered one day before the event would take place. So he told the Israelis to leave the hotel and that he would provide them the information through other means.
