Qatar’s Defence Ministry that two drones struck energy facilities in the industrial city of Ras Laffan with no reported casualties.

Btw from now on I don't think any of the Gulf States will allow US to establish any new bases in their countries, potentially even minimising US presence in the future. Their entire economic model depends on stability, and that's gone now, world's largest energy facilities are closed.

For decades, Gulf states like Qatar, the UAE, and Bahrain hosted US bases as a shield against Iran. However, the events of the last few days have shown that these bases are now magnets for conflict in their countries. I suspect that there is an even more growing domestic sentiment in these countries against the presence of American troops.

As for Trump, I don’t know if these Iran strikes made the US stronger. In the long run I anticipate that Trump’s actions will weaken US influence in the Middle East. Boys what you think?
