โš ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜‚ Maduro ran out of budget for his defense in the United States.

Nicolรกs Maduro's legal team asked a federal judge in New York to force the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to release Venezuelan state funds, arguing that the former leader lacks his own resources to pay for the trial.

Attorney Barry J. Pollack sent a letter on February 20, 2026 to Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein to complain about the blocking of the accounts.

In the court document, the defense argued that the economic sanctions violate the constitutional rights of the defendant.

"Venezuela would do it, and Mr. Maduro cannot pay a lawyer otherwise," the legal firm justified in the text.

The defenders accused the US agency of sabotaging the process by denying access to the Caribbean nation's public coffers.

"By not allowing the Venezuelan government to pay for Mr. Maduro's defense costs, OFAC interferes with Mr. Maduro's ability to retain a lawyer and, therefore, with his right to a lawyer of his choice under the Sixth Amendment," the firm claimed in court.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บThe Duma has passed a law prohibiting the extradition of foreigners from the Russian army for criminal prosecution.

Russia will refuse to extradite foreigners and stateless persons to another country for criminal prosecution or the enforcement of sentences if the request concerns those who have served in the Russian army or other formations, as well as those who have participated in combat operations.

Now, criminals from all over the world will be able to sign a contract with the Russian Armed Forces and avoid extradition to their home countries.

โ€”โ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ/๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท/๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ‡ฒ/๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ BREAKING: Despite media claiming the negotiations atmosphere is positive, the opposite is true

The U.S. has brought a list of concessions and told Iran it will resort to 'other options' if it does not comply:

โ€“ Iran must entirely dismantle (i.e. destroy) its facilities at Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.

โ€“ All enriched uranium must be transfered to the United States.

โ€“ The deal should be 'permanent' and Iran will not be allowed to have any enrichment at all.

In exchange for all this, the U.S. is offering a promise of 'no war' and limited sanctions relief.

The collapse of negotiations is imminent.

My question right now is why are we negotiating with Iran and not North Korea? Recently, the Kim Regime has pledged to expand its nuclear arsenal and has blatantly shown its aggression towards the US and its Asian allies in the region by conducting tests that either fly over Japan or land short of their identification zone.

It's almost as if someone is lobbing over who goes first ๐Ÿ’ธ

The easy answer is because North Korea already owns nuclear weapons and has shown to be the best example of why it is necessary for regimes that oppose america to have nuclear weapons or you end like Iraq and Libya

As a disclaimer I am not advocating for regimes like Gaddafi or Saddam's, but to ignore the fact that nuclear weapons are a must to maintain sovereignty when you are a target of the US is idiocy

Nuclear deterrence works and as soon as America and Israel accuse you of wanting to have nuclear weapons you should probably hurry TF up and get some before it's too late

Small reminder that the only country in the middle east which does possess nuclear weapons is the one constantly screeching about how everyone else has to be bombed because they are trying to obtain nuclear weapons
