Russian military recruiters have received a “stop-list” that bans them from enlisting citizens from 43 countries.
China, India, Brazil, Turkey, Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Argentina, Iraq, Yemen, Cameroon, Colombia, Libya, Somalia, Kenya.

It’s a great post war check-for-zigger database where our fellow civilian Russian can be checked for their involvement in the war.
Records like these create a permanent archive of involvement and responsibility. These people should look behind their shoulder all their life.
