The MG-3 in Myanmar 🇲🇲
🎥 Here we see footage from the civil war in Myanmar showing members of the Myingyan Black Tigers (local PDF) ambushing a force of regime soldiers (Tatmadaw) in the area of Mogok.
⚔️ They do so by hiding in a trench and then spraying several bursts of rounds at their enemy. When the enemy soldiers respond with counter fire, they duck back down into the trench as the video cuts off.
🔫 The weapon the Black Tigers use in this ambush is a MA-15, a local copy of the German MG3. The production license for this weapon, along with the one for the G3, was bought from Heckler & Koch in the 1960s, and thus German engineered weapons are a common sight in Myanmar on all sides.

While trying to hit a Junta air force aircraft located in the Myitkyina airport with FPV drones the KIA accidentally hit a commercial airliner instead
The Junta is using the airport to launch air raids in Kachin state, thus endangering the regular civilian air travel which is still ongoing from there.
This is actually an improvement btw as it's the first time we have solid proof the KIA's FPV drones hit anything on the airport after months of them attempting to hit junta aircraft.
