Just for some context once again

He wasn't arrested for the fact he 100% raped kids, which is pretty obvious to literally everyone.

The reason was "suspicion of misconduct in public office". While Andrew worked as a trade envoy in 2010 he allegedly passed on confidential information/material with Epstein.

The information was allegedly about his visits to several of the world's major trade hubs and also a list of investment opportunities for Epstein. Due to the fact he was serving as an official trade envoy there were certain standards of confidentiality that may or may not have been broken.

While he has not been charged he is still under investigation which means he may still be charged in the future
