🤔 It's likely Bo Nagar realized the situation was hopeless after the NUG started cracking down on him for his various crimes and decided to get himself into safety

✍️ Bo Nagar ruled his local area in Pale as a de-facto independent warlord after cutting ties to the NUG a couple years ago. He used the chaos of the civil war to enrich himself via exorbitant taxes and road tolls among other illegal activities.
