Thirty years ago, resources for special needs were scarce in Singapore. Ms Selina Tan took it upon herself to learn. She borrowed books from the library, attended programmes in Melbourne, and even resigned from her job to focus on her son Kennyβs growthπͺπ»
Through years of therapy, homeschooling and community support, Kenny has grown and . he now works at a gym as a cleaner under his fatherβs supervision and creates art sold at the Art Faculty shop in Enabling Villageπ¨

Regenerating soils, foods, and lives begins with a simple act: reconnecting with the land. Through their living campus, Ground-Up Initiative (GUI) nurtures this reconnection through reviving soils, cultivating mindful relationships with food, and inspiring everyday regenerative practices.
For this closing session, Kampung Architect Bingyu will share how GUIβs kampung spirit and land-based initiatives spark responsibility, belonging, and a deeper hope for a sustainable future. π±
