Climate Fresk: Act for Cl!mate

Ever wondered how the seemingly disconnected causes of climate change could have such a massive impact on our current world?

Come and find out at Climate Fresk, a powerful science-based workshop that uses a 42-card game that unpacks the causes and consequences of climate change. Using the card game, participants will have the opportunity to piece together the various links that tell the full story.

Guided by trained facilitators, this fun and hands-on workshop makes use of collective intelligence to encourage deep discussions that will make participants feel more informed and empowered to take action.

Suitable for anyone aged 14+, participants do not require a background in sustainability, but previous attendees already working in sustainability often say they learn something new.

A Call to Persons with Lived Experience

How can life writing build solidarity among persons with lived experiences of mental health issues in Singapore?🧐

Drawing from reconstructed fragments of an unnamed asylum inmate in colonial Singapore, Chan Li Shan argues that speaking, sharing, and listening to lived experience stories are not merely personal acts, but acts of citizenshipπŸ’ͺ🏻

She argues that life writing can challenge dominant biomedical frameworks, legitimise lived experience as knowledge, and re-politicise Singapore’s mental health landscape✨
