Opacity 2.0 is near: closed Beta announcement

In preparation to the release of Opacity 2.0, we will launch a closed Beta for Opacity 2.0 on Friday 26th March.

You can expect:
- Faster uploads and downloads
- A new and robust Metadata system
- A better user experience with custom designed website
- More features for app developers

Our closed beta has been well received and has helped us ready the product for release.

And now we are very excited to open our Beta to everyone!

Be aware that not everything is fully functioning yet, and we are consistently updating the Beta until its full release in the upcoming weeks. There are a list of known issues we will be focusing on.

Also, data and accounts created during the Open Beta are not persistent – this includes paid accounts and their uploads.
