βBy their fruits you will recognize themββwhether they are for me or against me, whether they belong to the light or to the darkness. Open your eyes and you will surely know. Go within, and your heart will tell you. Weigh things for yourself and do not listen to what comes from outside; for if you listen to the many whispers and voices from without, you will find yourself in such confusion that you will no longer know what is truth and what is not, and you will become lost.
All souls can find the truth within themselves; however, this means they must take the time to go deeply inward. They must reflect on their own and find their own path, yet many souls are too lazy to do so. It is far easier for them to listen to what others say and accept it without going within.
Be still, and you will know the truth; and the truth will set you free.

When someone hurts you, your first instinct may be to explain, react, or try to make them understand the pain they caused. But peace is never found in arguments. The truth is, people only see what their hearts are ready to see.
You donβt need to ask anyone to understand you or to treat you well. Sometimes, saying nothing says the most.
So when you feel that quiet pull inside telling you to step backβlisten to it. Donβt react. Donβt chase closure. Protect your energy and walk away with dignity. Not everything is meant to be fixed. Some things are meant to be let go.
Walking away doesnβt mean you are weak. It means you choose your peace over their chaos.

βThe victory of the Spirit lies in its striving with all its strength toward the heights, even in the midst of all earthly difficulties.
It could not affirm itself in a state of comfort or ease.
Thus, disciples can prove their spiritual strength through the labors and challenges of everyday life.
Without this inner struggle, how could the highest levels be attained and consciousness refined?
How many hardships are encountered along this path!
Yet every act that turns the spirit away from worldly desires is a higher affirmation.
The Path to the Fiery World passes through the labors of the spirit and through earthly deprivations, and the greatest attainments are achieved only when one detaches from the phenomena of the world in search of higher ones.
When it is said, βVictory will come to the one who has known every conflict and has sought Knowledge,β it means that theirs will be the conquest of Fire.
Remember this, on the Path to the Fiery World.β

WHY YOU SHOULD PRAY BEFORE EVERY MEAL
The true reason why previous generations prayed before every meal and often blessed their food is deeply connected to the inner state of a person.
Calm words and a peaceful, grateful mindset can have a healing effect on the body. They bring a sense of harmony and balance, influencing both our well-being and the way we receive nourishment.
The thoughts and emotions we carry while eating become part of the experienceβthey shape not only how we feel, but also how we relate to the food itself.
Prayerβregardless of the language, form, or whether it is spoken aloud or felt silently withinβhelps us enter a state of inner calm and mindfulness.
That is why it is worth approaching every meal with a positive mindset, gratitude, and awareness of the present moment. It is a simple act that can bring more harmony into everyday life.

Do you know why the fingers of God and Adam in Michelangeloβs famous painting on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel do not touch?
In the painting, Godβs finger is fully extended, while Adamβs finger appears slightly relaxed, not reaching out with the same intensity.
The image can be understood as a reflection on the relationship between God and humanity: God is always near, but the final step belongs to the human being. If a person truly desires to reach God, they must extend their hand. Yet one can also go through life with a passive, unextended hand, never fully seeking that connection.

The natural dyeing of Easter eggs using onion skins and plant materials is a practice known for centuries across many European cultures.
Onion skins contain, among other compounds, quercetin, a flavonoid that is released into the water during boiling and acts as a natural dye. Depending on its concentration and the duration of boiling, it produces shades ranging from yellow-brown to deep brown.
The eggshell, composed primarily of calcium carbonate, has a porous structure, which allows dye molecules to penetrate and permanently color the surface.
Patterns are created by placing leaves against the shell and securing them with a piece of fabric (such as gauze or nylon). The covered areas remain lighter because the dye cannot reach them β this is a resist dyeing technique, also known from other fields such as batik.
This method exemplifies the use of natural plant-based substances for dyeing, a practice that existed long before the widespread introduction of synthetic dyes in the 19th century.βοΈ

In churches across France, the Easter Vigil remains one of the most powerful nights of the year.
A single light pierces the darkness.
Thousands of voices unite to welcome hope.
This year, over 21,000 people will enter the Church β
carrying their stories, their wounds, and their desire for a new beginning.
Candles are lit one by one.
The light spreads.
From night to day.
From death to life.
And when the light returns β
the heart rises with it.
