There is a path that is neither easy nor smooth, filled with dangers, yet it existsβand it leads to the very heart of the universe.
I can tell you how to find those who reveal the secret gates, which open only inwardly and close immediately and forever behind the newcomer who enters.
No danger is too great for fearless courage to overcome; no trial too severe for flawless purity to pass; no difficulty too hard for a strong mind to master.
Those who succeed are granted a reward beyond wordsβthe power to bless and save humanity. For those who fail, many lives lie ahead, offering new opportunities for success.

Destroying hundreds of millions of tons of food in a world where a child dies of hunger every five seconds is not merely a moral failure.
It is a crime against humanity itself.
For where abundance and scarcity exist side by side, what is revealed is not fateβbut responsibility.
β Jean Ziegler
If there were true will to change it, hunger would not exist.

They say life always finds a wayβand I can think of no better example than flowers breaking through asphalt.
They grow where no one thought they could. Itβs as if they are telling the world, βHere I amβdespite everything.β
That, to me, is the essence of resilience.
When I feel incapable or exhausted, I think of those flowers. If something so small can push through concrete and reach the light, how could I not do the same?
Of course, there are days when everything feels impossible, when the weight is simply too heavy. But then I look around and find signs that it is possible after all.
Because that is life: adapting, finding paths where none seemed to exist.
So if you feel like you canβt make itβthink of those flowers.
The key is not to avoid obstacles, but to learn how to grow through them.
And if they can break through asphalt, you can break through any limits youβve placed on yourself.

This film is not just a social experiment. It is a harsh mirror reflecting how much of our humanity we have lost. Children are being kidnapped before our eyes, and weβ¦ just watch, doing nothing. People of all ages, genders, and backgrounds β no one raises a hand, no one intervenes.
This is not fiction. It is a truth visible in the eyes of passersby, in their indifferent silence. It shows how easily we become numb, how quickly we can disconnect from the suffering of others, as if we had become a group of living, yet hollow, zombies.
The film leaves one question hanging over us with every frame: what has happened to our empathy, our sense of responsibility, our humanity? If this is how we respond today, what kind of future are we shaping for ourselves and the generations to come?

Many are searching for a plan to save the world.
Yet no prophet, no teacher, has ever come declaring such an intention.
For no one can do so, for the simple reason that the world is not permanent, nor does it belong to us.
To say that one wants to save the world is to have lost oneβs sense of direction.
If we are unable to change the person standing next to us, how could we ever hope to change the entire world?
The first true action toward saving humanity is to focus on saving oneself firstβby purifying oneβs thoughts and oneβs actions.
This is the most powerful political act one can undertake.
And it has a price: hard, demanding work.
The world we have created is the product of our thinking,
and therefore it cannot change unless we first change the way we think.
Every soul that rises, raises the world.

Fun fact: bears can sit and look at the landscape β just like people π»π
And this isnβt just something random tourists imagine.
Researchers who spent years observing bears in Kamchatka β Maureen Enns and Charles Russell β noticed that these animals often choose places with a view. They sit by lakes, on hills, near riversβ¦ and stay there for quite a while. Calm. Still.
Theyβre not looking for food. Theyβre not in a rush.
They simply⦠look.
Interestingly, photographers and travelers describe similar scenes. Theyβve seen bears gazing at the horizon or sitting by the water, as if they were truly βwatchingβ the world.
Scientists explain this as a form of rest or heightened awareness of their surroundings.
But honestly? Itβs hard not to feel thereβs something more to it.
And somehow, it made me pause.
Because if even a bear can sit down and do nothing for a momentβ¦
maybe we donβt always have to be rushing somewhere.
Maybe sometimes itβs enough to just stop and look.
Simply. For no reason.

"It is not so important that I pursue a career or achieve great things for myself. What matters, and gives meaning to my life, is that I live as fully as possible in order to fulfill the divine will within me.
This task occupies me so completely that I have no time for anything else. I would like to point out that if we all lived this way, we would no longer need armies, police, diplomacy, politics, or banks. We would have a life full of meaning, and not, as now, sheer madness.
What nature asks of the apple tree is that it produce apples, and of the pear tree that it produce pears. From me, nature only asks that I be a manβbut a man conscious of what he does."

THE FIRST TIME I SAW A PERSON WITH CANCER
My father and I were out cross-country skiing when we stopped to visit some friends.
I was ten years old at the time.
That was the first time I saw someone with cancer.
He was extremely thin and clearly suffering.
It left a deep impression on me.
When we returned home, I asked my motherβthe only doctor in our familyβwhether there was truly no way to cure this disease.
βOur medicine is powerless at the moment, my son,β she replied.
When I was in my third year of secondary school, I came across a book describing a gifted healer who treated cancer using herbs and fasting.
That was when I began to think that the human body must possess its own healing forces.
That for every poison in nature, there must be an antidote.
After all, animals in the wild have no access to clinics, hospitals, or doctors.
They heal themselves in a simple wayβby stopping eating.
It was my dog who gave me the answer.
He was hit by a motorcycle and, after the accident, stopped eating and drinking.
For seven days, he lay in a half-conscious state in a dark corner of the stable.
On the eighth day, his appetite returnedβand he made a full recovery.
I learned to fast before my exams.
My mind became clearer, my memory noticeably improved, and most importantlyβI went into exams without fear.
