• Install any recovery rom through fastboot

• Extract the tool. Put the ROM zip in it's root
• Run the flash script, till you get "waiting form any device"

• For windows, make sure installed USB drivers, follow these instructions. Skip if you already have done.
• Dirty Flash works. Just skip formatting.

Instructions:

• After flash, you'll be greeted with rom's recovery
• You can install gapps, magisk, etc here onwards & reboot.
