We wanted to inform you that the Neutron blockchain is currently halted for a pending chain upgrade. Due to this, leases and transfers on the Astroport integration are temporarily unavailable.

This proposal aims to reduce incentives to maintain a sustainable rewards runway in the long term, with the flexibility to increase rewards when more borrowers participate.
