نطلق هالمصطلح اذا كان قطرها اكثر من 3cm
⚠️اذا كان بيها اعراض او اكثر من 5cm فتحتاج عملية طارئة
الحالة الطارئة اذا صاغ rupture 🔴
المريض مالنا غالبا يكون :
غجال كبيغ مدخن عندو atherosclerosis غاح يجي بالاعراض التالية :
➡️sudden sever abdominal or back pain
➡️hypotension
➡️pulsatile abdominal mass
➡️syncope احيانا
➡️flank,groin,hip or abd. Pain احيانا
بالفحص السريري غاح نغشع الاتي :
➡️hypotension
➡️pulsatile abd. mass
➡️femoral pulse typically normal❗
➡️rarely retropertoneal hemorrhage causes Cullen's sign or Grey_Turner's sign بالصورة موجودي 👆
⚠️التشخيص لازم نتوقعو من الشغلات اللي ذكرناها ولو مرات صعب يكون
الفحوصات :
➡️US ( 90% sensitive )
➡️CT scan الافضل طبعا
العلاج البسيط عما نحضر المريض للعملية الطارئة :
➡️IV Fluid
ونحافظ عالضغط بحيث السستولك يكون اكثر من 90
➡️PRBC transfusion if needed
➡️pain killer
