Mila Munther Akel.
A young girl from #Gaza
Mila is in the fourth grade. She escaped with her family from Zionist shelling in the Jabaliya camp to the Nusseirat camp, and then fled to tents in Rafah.
Mila then moved for the third time to Nusseirat camp, to her older sister's house.
Mila sleeps a little and wakes up a lot.
When she wakes up she asks about her mother, and then sleeps from the fatigue of repeating the question.
Mila's father, mother, sisters and brother-in-law were all torn apart and burned to death in the syrike that hit her building last night, in which at least 30 citizens were martyred, most of them displaced.
Her father Munther Akl and mother Magda in the morgue, her brother Mohammed (15) under the rubble, her sister Malak (24) missing under the rubble, Malak's husband Khaled Hassan martyred.
Mila's sister Marah (22) and her husband Youssef Ziad Hamid (26) married a month before the war were martyred and their fetus left with them.
What was left of her relatives carried her to do a CT scan and others set off looking for space in any nearby cemetery, and others continued to dig under tons of concrete for Muhammad and Malik.
Here you can see Mila resting on the hospital tiles because there is no room in the beds or the corridors.
All Mila asks for is her mother.
