Today there was confirmation that Marc Elias, Robby Mook, and Bill Priestap (among others) would testify as government witnesses in the Michael Sussmann case.

Seeing lots of hand-wringing about this, but as we have reported, these guys have testified before a grand jury. This is no surprise. Their testimony is locked in. They’ll testify to Sussmann billing the Clinton Campaign, etc.

The concern at trial isn’t Durham’s witnesses - it’s that a Democrat activist will get on the jury. That’s the biggest risk to the administration of justice.

“UN Secretary General Guterres called for the return of potash fertilizers from Russia and Belarus to world markets in exchange for the passage of ships with grain from Ukraine.

The Secretary General added that all this must be done, despite the hostilities.”

💢 Azov commander Denis Prokopenko, who is currently at Azovstal, recorded a video.

In it he stated: “No weapons will work without professionally trained military personnel, which makes them the most valuable element of the army. In order to save lives, the entire Mariupol garrison fulfills the approved decision of the high military command and hopes for the support of the Ukrainian people.”

He did not specify what exactly the order was.
