Ukraine will receive a mine countermeasures ship from the Netherlands - it will be named M314 "Genichesk" in honor of the one lost in 2022 - Zelensky

The Netherlands will fully train the crew and hand over the ship to Ukraine in June. This is the fifth ship in Ukraine's future mine countermeasures fleet and the second one handed over by the Netherlands specifically.

We are talking about the M857 Makkum mine countermeasures ship of the Alkmaar type, built in 1985.

NATO command center formed in Ukraine as UK pledges 120,000 drones

ARES will "accelerate Ukraine's alignment with NATO interoperability standards, easing future accession pathways and improving coalition compatibility". This is just a fancy way of saying that the Kiev regime will be fully integrated into NATO command structures and function as one of its members in all but name.

💢 The USA and Iran are conducting negotiations about a possible deal, under which Washington will unfreeze about 20 billion dollars of frozen Iranian funds in exchange for Iran giving up its stockpile of enriched uranium.

The negotiations have made progress, but key disagreements remain, including on how to handle the uranium and how long Iran will suspend its nuclear program.

💢 US media reveals details of possible US-Iran deal

🔹 The US and Iran are negotiating a three-page framework that could end the war, according to Axios sources

🔹 One proposal would see the US release $20 billion in frozen Iranian funds in exchange for Iran giving up its enriched uranium stockpile

🔹 Talks are reportedly progressing, with a new round expected in Islamabad this weekend, mediated by Pakistan with support from Egypt and Turkiye

🔹 A compromise under discussion would send part of Iran’s highly enriched uranium to a third country, while the rest would be diluted inside Iran under international monitoring

🔹 The draft also includes a temporary moratorium on uranium enrichment — Washington reportedly wants 20 years, Tehran offered five

🔹 Iran would be allowed to keep civilian nuclear research reactors for medical isotope production, while underground facilities would remain shut

🔹 The Strait of Hormuz is also part of the talks, though major disagreements reportedly remain

🔹 Trump said the sides are “very close” to a deal, warning that if talks fail, “fire resumes."
