Kyiv has lost control over the troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

💢On all the main fronts, the military is completely disorganized and acts entirely independently of the chain of command.

💢This means they are stuck in defensive positions, can neither attack, nor receive an order of any kind outside of the local field commanders best guesses.

💢Our sources affirm that the main groupings of the Ukrainian army have been operating autonomously for several days.

💢This would appear to partly explain Zelensky's stressed and disoriented behaviour on national television in Ukraine last night.

💢We are in the process of confirming whether Zelensky has fled to Poland.

💢The Ukrainian troops in the east, located at a distance of more than 50 kilometers from Kyiv, do not follow orders from the Ukrainian defense department and make decisions on their own.

💢No one coordinates the actions of the units - this explains the chaos and complete disorganization that is now flourishing in the ranks of the Ukrainian army.

💢We do not know if this is because communication with the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been lost - Russia leads the world in EMP technology and Ukraine has declared its drones have been destroyed.

💢That field commanders, overwhelmed by losses and evaporated will and morale, are ignoring orders from Kyiv.

💢This is confirmed by today's briefing of the RF Ministry of Defense, at which the ministry said that "the Kyiv regime has almost completely lost the ability to manage the administrations of the regions and districts of the country."

💢A humanitarian corridor is expected to open to allow civilians to exit, but history of this conflict in 2014 shows that Ukrainian military personnel will change clothes to blend in with civilians.

💢This corridor relates to the encirclements forming, that our colleague Armstrong wrote about earlier today.

💢The Russian Defense Ministry said previously that they are fine with regular Ukrainian soldiers just going home, there is no need to surrender. It is a pointless bureaucratic process and comes at a high logistic cost - when in the end they will just be sent home to their families.

💢Zelensky last night, March 3, appears entirely worn, exhausted, disoriented while trying to take questions from journalists.

We are still in the process of confirming reports that he has fled to Poland.

💢Zelensky left Ukraine for Poland, according to the Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian parliament, Volodin.

💢Information War claiming that Zelensky has fled is a known tactic called 'Order to give Proof of Life', in our analytic circles.

💢This tactic plays upon the idea that the situation is so dire, that even the leader has left.

💢It is common in coup/counter-coup, insurgent/counter-insurgent information war.

💢This is why I am so hesitant to 'confirm', without 'Proof of Life'.

💢The response from Zelensky, then, is to show 'Proof of Life'.

💢It places the onus on him to prove that he's still in Kiev, or Lvov, and 'in control' of the country.

💢The longer he waits to do this, the more the belief grows that he has fled.

💢This belief can even reach high levels of the military command.

💢Military units may even defect, stand down, or surrender due to uncertainty on the whereabouts of the commander in chief, the president.

💢The whole process strips Zelensky of autonomy. He must answer the opponent's requirement to prove he is still in charge, and they can do this again, and again.

💢When he does give 'Proof of Life', various data, exoteric or esoteric, from the recording can be used to determine his actual location, a security risk.

💢A similar accusation was made last week, prompting Zelensky to give 'Proof of life', surrounded by his informally dressed cabinet.

No-fly zone NOT happening in Ukraine — NATO FMs conference

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has dismissed the idea of creating a no-fly zone over Ukraine, amid Russia’s ‘special operation’ in the country.

The alliance again stressed that no NATO troops will be touching Ukrainian soil as well.

According to Stoltenberg, direct NATO intervention in the Ukraine conflict would have it spread to other countries.

All NATO countries agree that NATO forces should not be sent to Ukraine, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Friday.

"We agree that neither NATO planes nor NATO ground forces should be there," he said at a press conference in Brussels following the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance.

Germany’s Europe was always the bigger threat in disenfranchising the US from high paying jobs than China ever was. China by default is guarded by its meek hard working population. Russia and many others countries will excel after the garbage of the Cartel are put out. The evolution of multipolar economic development will suffer the short term consequences of defaults and price discovery, this transition is going to disinfect a long overdue age of greed.

The civilian population of Ukraine needs protection. And the Chechen special forces, led by my dear BROTHER Hussein Mezhidov, are doing an excellent job with this task.

Civilians were settled in basements for the sake of their own safety, in case of shelling of residential areas by Banderists.

Every day, fighters make rounds, asking what they need. Food products are supplied, as well as sweets for children to in some way brighten up everyday life under military rule.

There are many elderly and sick people among the refugees. They are supplied with all the necessary medicines.

Russian servicemen do not fight civilians. These people became victims of political intrigues and conspiracies of the West with the Ukrainian leadership against Russia.

Once again I appeal to the Armed Forces of Ukraine: this is not your war! (JOIN US!)

Look how Russian military personnel protect the civilian population - the enemy does not behave like that. Our enemies are Banderists and nazis those who drive wedges between two fraternal states.
