π’ XF - From the view of information war (IW) in the context of ICT, whenever a state or government successfully navigates a course through a crisis in credibility - even if on a particular issue and not as institutions per se - it has done so by either deploying or creating/allowing an environment in which these arise on their own: 'loyal opposition' (LO) in the IW sphere.
This is chiefly because panic spreads before a sense of orientation sets in: this is mirrored in the individual organism itself, any externally imposed and rapid change of a situation always causes the sensation of disbalance even dizziness and confusion.
Here we find the mechanism is in using the cognitive conflict process model, in particular themes of cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias will figure in tremendously.
π Step one: The role of LO in the battlespace serves to meet the public on the narrative line of its initial reaction to perceived crisis, lending credence to the gut response and affirming the legitimacy of those feelings and even many of the sensibilities behind proposed solutions, solutions which in reality would have a negative outcome.
π Step two: Having absorbed enough of the impact and also succeeding in achieving significant attention from eyes/ears of organic dissent, LO begins to propose solutions which mirror or align with the solutions of said state/government in crisis, itself.

π’ More and more Germans believe the Russian media, accept the Russian point of view - Spiegel poll:
βͺοΈ40 percent of respondents fully or partially agreed with the statement that the "Russian aggressive war" was Russia's reaction to NATO's uncontested provocation. This is eleven percentage points more than in April.
βͺοΈ44% are fully or partially convinced that Putin is acting against the "global elite", which "pulls the strings in the background." This is twelve percentage points more than in April.
βͺοΈ14% fully agreed that Ukraine "historically has no territorial claims" and "is actually part of Russia." About one-fifth of respondents consider it partially.
βͺοΈWith nine percent, the number of those who fully believe that the war was "necessary" "to get rid of the fascist government in Ukraine" has almost doubled.

π’ Medvedev's words after the surrender of Kherson:
In the routine of difficult everyday life and under the influence of very difficult military decisions, the results of this year, which are extremely important for our country and all of us, began to be overwritten.
I want to remind them.
1. Remind that it is Russia that protects its citizens. And what exactly our country is returning and has already returned the original Russian lands, and not vice versa. And this comeback will continue.
2. Recall that it is Russia today that is shaping the future world order, and not the states with Britain or dark Kyiv. And this new equal world order will be built.
3. Remind that Russia alone is fighting NATO and the Western world. Therefore, any parallels with the past are incorrect or conditional. Except for one thing: we alone can destroy a powerful enemy or enemy alliances.
4. Recall that Russia is conducting combat work, trying to save the lives of our servicemen and civilians as much as possible. Our enemies do not count the lives of their soldiers and civilians. And therein lies our great moral difference with them.
5. Recall that Russia, for obvious reasons to all reasonable people, has not yet used its entire arsenal of possible means of destruction. And it did not strike at all possible enemy targets located in settlements. And not only out of our inherent human kindness. Everything has its time.
And last but not least. Only the closest unity, everyday hard work and the highest morale can ensure the victory of the country.
- Medvedev

π’ A defector from Wagner PMC is executed for going over to the Ukrainian side and giving information on Wagner position
Warning, they kill him at the end in a very brutal way on film with a hammer.
π video
Ukrainian resources publish footage.
In the video, a former member of the PMC Yevgeny Nuzhin, who fled from the front and voluntarily surrendered to the Ukrainian military on September 4, 2022.
In captivity, he immediately began to hand over all the facts known to him, and along the way, slandering what is not really there, thereby hoping to receive indulgence from the Ukrainian side.
And they seemed to believe him, for example, on October 12, 2022, he even gave an interview to their media, saying that he wanted to fight for Ukraine, and judging by the reviews in the comments, even Ukrainian viewers believed in his sincerity.

So in Maricopa County theyβre at it again. Voting Machines in large numbers didnβt work, but only in Republican districts. People were forced to wait for hours, then got exhausted or had other things to do and left the voting lines by the thousands. Even Kari Lake was taken to a Liberal Democrat district in order to vote. Others werenβt so lucky. This is a scam and voter fraud, no different than stuffing the ballot boxes. They stole the Electron from Blake Masters. Do Election over again!
