Identity politics is a silly Liberal-Conservative talking point.

All of us possess layers of self-awareness which define who we are, where we come from, and where we belong. Our decisions are based on how we identify as human beings.

Our political decisions reflect our identity.

Identity sits at the nexus of an organic flow between spiritual and corporeal realities. It helps contextualize the understanding of our immediate surroundings.

Ideology cannot function properly without a strong underlying identity.

This must always be the primary position.

Ideologies are artificially imposed values which cannot solve multi-layered facets of our everyday realities. This is not to say that ideology is untenable. Ideologies greatly influence civilizational development.

Instead, this is a question of prioritization and dependency.

Above all, ideology is a utilitarian approach to statecraft, and there are clear differences/overlaps among various types of ideologies.

Ideology destroys the human spirit when it assumes a dogmatic approach without respecting the underlying component layers of human identity.

Destructive ideologies are designed to annul cognizance by superimposing artificial identities with nihilistic abstractions and diversions.

Constructive ideologies seek productive solutions to complement identity including a deeper understanding of our metaphysical reality.

Humans are social beings who seek cohesion through developing powerful bonds within complex layers of individual and collective identity.

It's always been about identity politics.

The more important question is whether your identity is fake or real?

Great stuff from my boys Nullus and Ghost, check it out 😁
Was reading a random article and thought this was pretty spot on:

In this sense, perhaps we should complete the famous judgment handed down by Schmitt, according to which β€˜all concepts of political theory are secularized theological concepts’ with the addendum that β€˜all the concepts of revolutionary theory are secularized theological concepts’.
Both of these are thoroughly interesting documentaries!
Modern man does not love, but seeks refuge in love; does not hope, but seeks refuge in hope; does not believe but seeks refuge in dogma.

"He cried no cry when they drave the nails
And the blood gushed hot and free,
The hounds of the crimson sky gave tongue
But never a cry cried he.

I ha' seen him cow a thousand men
On the hills o' Galilee,
They whined as he walked out calm between,
Wi' his eyes like the grey o' the sea,

Like the sea that brooks no voyaging
With the winds unleashed and free,
Like the sea that he cowed at Genseret
Wi' twey words spoke' suddently.

A master of men was the Goodly Fere,
A mate of the wind and sea,
If they think they ha' slain our Goodly Fere
They are fools eternally.

I ha' seen him eat o' the honey-comb
Sin' they nailed him to the tree."

RIP Ezra!

Skeptical waves used the cover I made for his thumbnail. LOVE IT!!!

This is one of my favourite of JΓΌnger's writings. You can really see the maturation of his thought in it. Totally worth a listen when it drops if you don't have the time for reading.
