MenSC Labs aims to advance women's health science using menstrual blood. We've developed a strong regenerative medicine program with our stem cells derived from menstrual blood, that has reached research institutions across Singapore and Australia.

As we look to build on this momentum, we're hiring a Business Development Intern to support our commercial outreach across a growing pipeline of research and industry partners.

What you'll do
• Research and gather leads across academic labs, research institutes, and industry partners
• Draft outreach emails and scientific positioning materials
• Manage and check in on existing accounts
• Follow up with prospects and partners to move conversations forward

What we're looking for
• Background or coursework in cell biology, biomedical science, or a related field
• Comfortable reading and interpreting scientific literature
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Self-directed and comfortable in an early-stage startup environment
• Interest in women's health and regenerative medicine a plus
• Familiarity with women's health conditions (e.g. endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse) a plus

Arrangement
• 3 days a week, flexible working arrangement
• Fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with direct exposure to founders and commercial strategy
