We had an amazing time at “The Heartland Market: Go Vocal for Local” event, where participants immersed themselves in Singapore’s local produce at vibrant pop-up stalls! 🍄🥬
The Fireside Chat sparked thoughtful conversations as local producers, regulators, and consumers shared insights on Singapore's journey towards sustainable agriculture. 🌱 Plus, participants got to DIY their own microgreens and even tried their hand at stemming Brazilian spinach! 🥬✨
A big thank you to our speakers, partners (NUS Dept of Food Science & Technology, Beyond FST Classroom) and attendees for making this a memorable event! Let’s continue to support sustainable food choices and celebrate our local food heritage. 💚
