A distribution mechanism must exist within humanity that effectively and efficiently allocates its resources to the proper people.

If humanity were to reward the people who lie, cheat, and steal, the resources are likely to be squandered. They are less likely to be used for the collective and more likely to be used for the self, as these actions demonstrate. This is an ineffective and inefficient way to promote the growth of humanity as a whole.

If humanity were to reward the opposite, people who tell the truth, play by the rules, and uplift others, then it’s more likely the resources will be used for the collective as opposed to the self.

When someone tells the truth even when it leads to their downfall, a person is acting for the collective, and they will be rewarded for this. Same goes for playing by the rules even when it leads to them losing.

These actions and their counterparts, ‘lie, cheat, and steal’, are only a few examples but they explain the larger picture. Act for the benefit of the collective and humanity will reward you. The reward is not instant, and there is no reason it needs to be.

What is this reward?
The only logical conclusion is Energy.

If you can find an environment, packed with people who consistently act in this manner, energy is going to flow to this environment like crazy. Insane levels of growth will ensue.

Taking into consideration the very people who makeup this asset, the manner in which they operate, and the goals they are aligned on, hyperbolic growth is inevitable.
