Review- Many people say that summer was the one who was wrong but in my pov,
Tom idealized summer seeing her as his perfect match, and he projected his own desires onto her while summer was upfront about not wanting a serious relationship. Tom's mistake was ignoring this and expecting her to change while summer perhaps could have communicated her feelings more clearly as things progressed. Neither character is the villain
Tom's romantic idealization of Summer frames her as the "one" for him, so when the relationship doesn’t work out, it can feel like she is responsible for breaking that fantasy.
People who blame summer have tiny brain with zero experience in relationships.
It seems like they didn't even understand the concept of the movie.
