បន្ទាប់មកក្រុមការងារក៏បានបន្តចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងសម្រាប់សង់បន្ទប់ទឹក និងបង្គន់អនាម័យ ជូនបងប្អូននៅមណ្ឌលជនភៀសសឹកមួយកន្លែងទៀតសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ ដែលស្ថិតនៅ ស្រុកត្បែងមានជ័យនេះផងដែរ ។

ដោយស្ថានភាពព្រំដែនស្ងប់ស្ងាត់នោះ មានជនភៀសសឹកមួយចំនួនបានវិលត្រលប់ទៅគេហដ្ឋានវិញសរុបចំនួន ២ ៣០២ គ្រួសារ ស្នើនឹងមនុស្សចំនួន ៨ ៩ ៦០នាក់ ស្រី ៤ ៥៥៧ នាក់ ។

Preah Vihear Province: On January 1, 2026, Mr. Mob Thirith, Director of the Provincial Rural Development Office of Preah Vihear, led a team of technical officials to inspect a clean water supply system project supported by HUREDO in cooperation with the department. The project, which has already been put into operation, includes a clean water distribution station for use by refugee families currently staying in Tbaeng Meanchey District. Subsequently, the working team continued to inspect a site for constructing bathrooms and sanitary latrines for use at another refugee center in Tbaeng Meanchey District as well.

It should also be noted that the total number of refugees in Preah Vihear Province is 14,117 families, equivalent to 42,210 people, of whom 21,228 are women. Due to the calm border situation, a number of refugees have returned to their homes, totaling 2,302 families, equivalent to 8,960 people, of whom 4,557 are women.

Phnom Penh: On Monday, January 5, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development; Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC); and Honorary Chair of the UYFC Working Group in the field of rural development, graciously received a donation from 6-Star Construction Company, which contributed a total budget of 3,500 US dollars to join the charitable fund organized by the UYFC Working Group in the field of rural development. The fund will be used to support the families of hero soldiers standing on the front lines and displaced Cambodian civilians who are temporarily residing at various safe locations during the recent armed clashes between Cambodian and Thai forces. In attendance on this occasion were the Permanent Secretary of State; Excellencies, Ladies, and Gentlemen in the ministry’s leadership; along with the Chair, Deputy Chair, and members of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development Association of the Ministry of Rural Development.

On this occasion, H.E. the Minister expressed deep gratitude for the philanthropic spirit of 6-Star Construction Company for donating its own resources to participate in this charitable fund, in line with the Royal Government’s appeal to assist the families of hero soldiers as well as displaced citizens who are in urgent need of assistance during their temporary displacement. H.E. the Minister also expressed great pride in the solidarity and generosity of Cambodians from all directions and sectors who have united as one, in the spirit of patriotism, by contributing consumer goods, supplies, and funds to help one another in times of hardship. On behalf of the leadership, H.E. the Minister called on all philanthropists to continue uniting firmly as one, to maintain confidence in Cambodia’s frontline hero soldiers, and to trust in the Royal Government’s leadership in safeguarding the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
