UPI Timeout Locked Limit Release Rules

To standardize the UPI order processing procedure and protect the rights and interests of both parties, the following rules for releasing locked limits for UPIs in offline, frozen, or abnormal states are hereby established:

I. UPI Offline/Timeout Locked Orders

1. After a UPI enters an offline or timeout state, there is a 48-hour processing period.

2. Within 48 hours, if the UPI is re-linked (re-linked), the system will process it according to the normal procedure, and the relevant locked limit will be automatically released.

3. If the UPI linking is not completed within 48 hours, the system will not automatically release the locked limit.

4. After 48 hours, if an application for limit release is required, complete and valid supporting documents must be provided. Processing will only proceed after verification.

II. Mandatory Supporting Documents After 48 Hours

To apply for the release of a UPI limit locked for more than 48 hours, the following must be provided:

* A PDF proof of the bank account linked to the UPI;

* A complete video recording of the bank account transactions corresponding to the UPI;

* The video must clearly show the relevant account information and corresponding transaction records;

* All provided materials must be true, complete, and clear, and must not be edited, altered, or have key transaction information obscured.

If the materials are incomplete, cannot be verified, or cannot prove the actual transaction status, the release of the locked limit will be suspended or refused.

III. UPI Freeze / Bank Account Freeze

If any of the following situations occur:

* UPI account is frozen;

* UPI cannot be used normally;

* The bank account linked to the UPI is frozen;

* The bank account cannot receive or transfer funds normally;

The following materials must be provided:

1. A complete video recording of UPI transfer/transaction records;

2. A complete video recording of transfer/transaction records of the bank account linked to the UPI;

3. A PDF proof document of the bank account linked to the UPI;

4. If the bank or payment institution provides official notices regarding freezing or restricting transactions, the relevant pages or proof should also be provided.

IV. Video and Material Requirements

To ensure effective review, all recorded videos must:

* Be recorded completely from the start of accessing the bank/UPI account;

* Clearly display account information and related transaction records;

* Not be edited, spliced, sped up, or modified;

* Screenshots are not acceptable in lieu of a complete video;

* The transaction records in the video must be verifiable against the corresponding orders.

V. Review and Credit Limit Processing

The operations team will conduct a comprehensive review of the submitted materials, including order status, UPI status, and bank account transaction records.

The locked credit limit will only be released after the materials are complete and the review confirms that the conditions for release are met.

If valid supporting documents cannot be provided within the specified time, or if the submitted materials cannot prove the actual transaction status, the relevant credit limit will remain locked until valid verification is completed.

Important Note: 48 hours is the standard processing period for orders with abnormal UPI. After 48 hours, verbal explanations, screenshots, or unilateral declarations will no longer be accepted as grounds for credit limit release. Complete supporting documents as required must be provided and approved for release.
